Tube Forming

The precise forming of tubing is an artform in and of itself.  With years of experience and currently three different CNC machines with a maximum nominal OD of up to 3” round or 4” square, +/- 1 degree accuracy and up to 180-degree maximum bend angle, simple or complex bends are possible.  Actual capabilities depend on material shape, size, wall thickness, and bend radius.  Alternatively, depending on size of project or quantity of parts, additional tooling can be sourced if proper tooling is not currently on hand.
